Mock Trial

Integrated School of Law organized the program of Mock Trial on 09/03/2024. Mock trials are a dramatic presentation of a decided case. Students from the law department presented a real case on dowry death named Kiran Kumar vs. State of Kerala, 2022. Director academics of Law department, Dr. KK Mittal started the program with his welcome note by addressing the guests of the day & he also emphasized on the meaning and importance of mock trial, Dr. Pankaj Tyagi (Professor & Head Department of Law MMH college, Ghaziabad & Prof. Dr. Hari Shankar Rai (Department of Law Meerut College, Meerut after that Dr. Pankaj gupta Executive Diector of Inmantec Institution, felicitated the guests. Both the esteemed guests of the program shared the importance of a mock trial with the student and also focused on how a mock trial helps a student to understand a case. At last, Dr. Pushp Raj Singh, Principal of Integrated School of Law, offered a Vote of Thanks.
